Is ScreenBadger really free?
Yes. Free includes unlimited watermark-free MP4 exports up to 720p, plus GIF export. Higher-resolution MP4 has a watermark unless you have Pro Lifetime, which also unlocks section re-recording.
Can I use it for commercial projects?
Yes. Use ScreenBadger to create product demos, tutorials, and videos for your business or clients.
What browsers are supported?
ScreenBadger is built for Google Chrome and compatible Chromium browsers that support Chrome extensions.
Can I record my entire screen?
Yes. Choose This tab or Entire screen in the popup. Tab recordings get automatic zooms and privacy masks. Entire screen recordings capture other windows and notifications too, and you can add zooms and blurs by hand in the editor.
What’s included in the Pro plan?
Pro Lifetime includes everything in Free, plus watermark-free MP4 exports through 4K and the ability to re-record and replace a selected section. It is a one-time purchase.
Do you store my recordings?
Recordings and edits stay in your browser profile. Cloud optionally uploads only the finished MP4s and screenshots you choose to share.
Are cloud sharing and automatic captions included?
